(HE'S ALIVE but has amnesia. Mainly because he basically had his head bashed in by 2P America's nailed bat. You're bound to have some sort of issue after that so yeah.

Reason why his eyes are blue: 2P England revived him using his magic. 2P England's magic is basically what's keeping him alive, so if something happens to him that could tamper with his magic (i.e. Dying, a cancellation), Derpy's running the risk of dying again...-.-; Which I really hope doesn't happen. I feel like I have more to explain, but I'm pulling blanks...oh well...
